Important part of knowledge management (KM) is community of practice. Three components of KM are content, people, and technology.
However, the critical part is people as the actor of capture, share and utilization in KM. Once knowledge is disseminated, than community of practice will act the critical role.
It is about culture, habit to collect and share, and how to maintain momentum of each actor to interact and share all the time.
